Decisions are made at the lowest level. Key perfomers (at all levels) are rewarded. Great opportunities for individual who have aspirations. In our location, our VP encourages us to be open and he is very willing to take in new ideas.
Cons
Sensient is not a company for everyone. You need to be self driven, hungry for result. If you need detailed instruction as to how to accomplish the challenge, this is not the company. There is too many urban legends which made individuals fearful of making decisions.
