Pros
It used to be a great employer, but things have changed drastically. The leadership is very poorly managed in terms of change management.
Cons
The underlying sentiments are not very positive. Human resources is pathetic and hopeless. Not sure what else to say - some things are better but overall the experience it really bad. If you have another option, try that first. Why commute to Beverly and feel miserable.
