- Clients are the best people you'll meet and are literally the only reason staff stay despite nonsense from management
- Unionized so when management tried nonsense there is a rep you can seek support from
- Plenty of hours available as they are chronically understaff across all locations within the organization
Cons
- Management, especially above the Intervenor Services Coordinators, will be critical, unhelpful, and lack anyone to hold them accountable
- Clients are deprived of the services advertised and to create the change needed is next to impossible as upper management will not take feedback or address the reasons for chronic understaffing
