Pros
Working for SenText is a very smart move for people who want the ability to determine their own self worth instead of having someone else tell them what they're worth with a set salary or hourly wage. There are no limits to what you can earn here. My income has increased every month since I started in Dec 2016, I give myself a raise every month, and I will receive my SenText residuals for the rest of my life even if I never close another deal, thanks to the lifetime vesting program the company offers. That kind of payoff is only for people who have initiative and take action. If you don't instantly see that SenText is a no-brainer, this is not the job for you. But if you see the potential immediately, then don't wait. Take action and it will be the last job you will ever need. I slowly started as an agent and was promoted to National Sales Manager within a year.
Cons
No cons about the company. Any bad review about SenText is most likely from those who don't have the discipline or initiative to do the work and will make excuses and blame others for their own failures. Everyone is given the same set of tools at SenText to do the same job. Why do some make it and some don't? Individual commitment, that's why.
