The company's top management (CEO, SVP, AVP) is as unprofessional as it can get. Your job is always in danger and dependent on client feedback no matter how unprofessional the client itself is. You will be reminded that your job security is at risk, and you will not be hired back even though you took a sabbatical and was PROMISED that you can resume anytime. There is no flexibility around your job, salary is not great, company is very average, the trainings are sub-par, the managers don't know their work, AVP has no idea about the work too. Its like a blind leading the blind people. Finally, Ascend might have invested but they have no idea what's happening on the ground. There are just talks, no action from the top management here. They only care about the tax practice at the moment.
