Pros
SentinelOne is the first and only company that ticks off every single "P" criteria I look for in a role: "People", "Pay", "Perks", and "Product". -People: My colleagues at S1 are some of the best people I've met professionally and personally. Unlike most sales driven companies, everyone I've personally worked with have been very appreciative of the time you spend on a request and values the effort you put in. -Pay: Competitive pay and definitely feels like the Company invests in you as much as you invest in the Company -Perks: AMAZING benefits, 16 weeks parental leave, automatic mobile/internet stipend (no need to submit tedious expenses each month), great health benefit options, WFH office set up stipend, the list is endless! -Product: Especially in this digital age where working from home or accessing the internet is the standard/norm, I personally believe in S1 Solutions and am consistently impressed with the strides leadership takes to partner with other cybersecurity organizations (as opposed to competing) in order to ensure that we provide the best Solutions/services to our Customers.
