      - Visionary, grounded and inspirational leadership, especially the founder and CEO Tomer Weingarten. - Innovative and market leading products. - Highly collaborative culture with low politics - Tons of opportunities to learn, get your hands dirty and show value - great place for self-starters who have ideas and can take leadership in driving outcomes. - Transparent communication from the very top and strong alignment across teams. - Mission oriented culture that still has a start-up feel.

      Cons

      - Dynamic environment that may not suit those who prefer structure and predictability. - As with any growing company, don't expect operational maturity. Some processes are still evolving.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
