      - Good for new startup developers to gain experience - Great team colleagues - Friendly environment

      Cons

      - Management sucks - CTO & COO doesn't know anything about SDLC - Poor manager , know nothing and always keep blaming developers and make bad assumptions about developers to boses - Boses always believe what manager said but never ask or listen from developers POV - Toxic environment because of sharing 1 floor with 3 diff company - Workload increase but salary stay - Given additional part time job, saying gonna get paid but scammed. - Everyday got scrum but manager didn't know anything about the scrum also didn't join. - Poor leadership skills
