Great pay and employee benefits, a job where you’re not being a desk all day, get to move around, be active and healthy, working with customers who are happy to be shopping for plants, taking care of plants is fun,
Cons
Hot days can be hard, my feet can hurt at the end of the day but it beats having a sore back from sitting in front of a computer all day
