      Pros

      The benefits and pay are great. The vacation is good, too.

      Cons

      Down sides are the management always micro managing everything and always thinking that the workers are trying to get over on them. Also, the shift work isn't so great for the familylife.

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
