      Working long hours, little pay to start, Even if you work 57 hours no overtime pay until you work your on your day off.. rotating schedule, don’t know what you’re working till the day before..

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
