Maybe a free lunch every now and then.
Cons
The management at this company is very unprofessional and treats employees like disposable techs. They always fire people without explanation and treat the workplace like a power game. There is no training provided, and employees are expected to know everything instantly or face serious consequences. There is always drama in the office, with all employees being blamed for the management's own failures. Job security is nonexistent, and IT professionals should avoid this company due to its poor business practices and lack of integrity. Please read all the reviews for this company on Glassdoor before you accept the position. This company will reach out to you for employment, but be cautious of the poor conditions you will face. The company's use of old technology is problematic. There is no documentation, and you will not receive the necessary credentials to start working. Expect to inherit previous techs and remote managers' tickets, with no help when you need it. Your on-call schedule will be brutal, with tons of calls for major issues. You will always be putting out emergencies and fires, even with technology you've never worked with before.
