The potential at Sera is both awesome and intimidating. The PreTRM product has so much potential to impact expectant mothers, yet so much needs to be done. Most companies already know what they want you to execute on, Sera does as well, but they also need one eye focused on the future .

Learning what has been done in the past, where things are, who knows what, etc are the usual challenges of a new company, Sera included.

Sera has a great environment to succeed, and a comfortable culture. Well organized, professional, and talented group from leadership, and the various various supporting departments. Dedicated and focused innovation, Leaders with integrity and energy.

I've not felt a negative vibe, not really seen something in the company that I felt is an issue.
