Pros
Very fair to employees. Good profit sharing. Very good profit sharing on high revenue years. Multinational workforce where you hardly notice there is a multinational workforce
Cons
Like a lot of manufacturing companies, it is either boom or bust. You are either working 60+ hours a week, or you are struggling to make 40 hours and watching a lot of good people getting laid off. The temp turnover was crazy.
