Monotonous, mind-numbingly boring job. No career advancement. Constant worry about layoffs. Management plays favorites, major issues with nepotism, good work is NOT rewarded, the best people always leave because they get no recognition or rewards and have to watch the worst workers get promotions and awards because they drink and party with their supervisors.
