1. Interactive environment 2. Supportive and understanding management 3. Easy to reach out the management for not only to express our concerns and also to provide our ideas& suggestions 4. No hierarchical structure 5. Good for learning 6. Easily recognisable among our peers if we do good job 7. Work from home feasibility On a personal note, I enjoyed working here.
Cons
1. Lack of office transport. Commutation will be hectic if we are residing at remote place 2. Longer notice period 3. Dis-tractable environment since it is interactive environment.
