The team is warm and the management is extra warmer with supportive energy. As a marketing assistant, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, which keeps things interesting and allows you to build a well-rounded skill set.

At times, processes can feel a little fluid.

Working at Sereno has been a brilliant experience. Everyone is super friendly, approachable, and genuinely a lot of fun to be around. They really focus on people here, both employees (and clients!) – which makes our work environment feel really positive. One of the best things is how much they encourage us to reach our potential. It’s literally part of the company’s ethos, and I’ve definitely felt so supported in learning and growing professionally. I've picked up tons of new skills and truly have enjoyed being part of Sereno. Teamwork is huge here, and it’s great to see how everyone collaborates and supports each other. We all work hard and give 100%, but what’s motivating is that our efforts never go unnoticed - and we all celebrate each others wins & successes. It makes it rewarding and motivates us a lot. It’s been amazing being part of this team, and I’m really excited to see where Sereno goes next!

To be honest, I can’t think of anything that stands out as a "con". Every work place has its challenges, but here they’re always handled in a way that’s focused on learning, growth and improvement.
