Pros
Working here has been fantastic. The career trajectory is strong, and I'm overall very happy in my role. I enjoy working with most of the people I interact with directly. There are also good internal opportunities—if you express interest in moving to another team, exploring a different area, or getting promoted, leadership is supportive and will help you make it happen.
Cons
Not many cons—overall, an awesome company to work for. That said, there is definitely some tribalism, competitiveness, and jealousy between certain teams (e.g., the 'your team broke it' mentality, finding petty flaws in your awesome new feature, etc). It’s not widespread, but it’s noticeable. Fortunately, many teams are collaborative and humble, so the more toxic behaviour stands out as the exception rather than the norm. For some, the competitiveness might even be a positive—it likely pushes teams to deliver better results and improve the product.
