Pros
The only pro is if you are not a good worker, this is the company for you to work for. They are too afraid to fire anybody and all of middle and upper management know this. They're not looking for ways to improve the company. They know they can do the minimum and still get a paycheck.
Cons
No character on companies end. There isn't any lie they won't tell.
