      Pros

      The company provides you with all the freedom to learn on client-server and troubleshoot them. They don't irritate you unnecessarily. If you shift properly and log out they won't call you for anything.

      Cons

      Sometimes when something goes wrong you need assistance and it's hard to find.

      There are no pros. You do you shift that's it

      Cons

      Many cons. Company does not have a proper leave structure. No sick leave (if taken it will be marked LOP) no annual leave, no causal leave. You get two days off after working for 5 days that too after completing one year in this company.
