Pros
They have very little oversight, you will not be micromanaged.
Cons
They will overwork and underpay you. They play favorites with employees who get very little work while everyone else has to suffer. They do not see you as a human with limitation, they see you as a tool to be discarded once it is no longer useful. The entire staff is aging heavily with very little new blood being added. There is such high turnover rate amongst new employees that they struggle to keep anyone for more that 3-6 months at most.
