Toxic work culture - avoid - Corporate Office Service Inspired Restaurants Employee Review

I was very excited to come back into working in the hospitality industry, but working at SIR Corp left a sour taste in my mouth. The office is an incredibly toxic place to work with Senior "HR" Leadership pacing around, yelling, swearing and bad mouthing people. No regard for employees mental health or team building with micromanagement of what one is allowed to do during work breaks. Mandated days in office are fine, but when you've promised flexibility for new parents and then change your tune, you have to expect that people will have a hard time adjusting. Poorly organized, old boys club, not willing to make changes or improve processes. Culture of sexualization of employees comes from the top down! No feedback for improvement given and then let go with no warning in advance in the last week of a the three month probationary period.
