Pros

Very flexible and there was little micromanagement. You just had to go out and get accounts to start buying from you. The team I worked with were amazing people who were very friendly and willing to help.

Cons

Market share was pretty saturated with not a whole lot of competitive advantages. Inventory was going through supply chain issues and we couldn't get enough material to go around for all the customers so the important ones got taken care of first, which is how it should be, but the smaller customers, often mine, wouldn't get what they needed.

Pros

Some customers are cool but most prefer to not work with service partners

Cons

Super corporate. They promise weeks of training but they don't train you in anything you need to know. You compete with other top build companies internally and not allowed to sell against them (ADO, Silverman, DI). You can't control your customers getting good service because of the corporate blocks. No sense of urgency. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered by almost everyone. Branches always run out of material needed for sales. Gutters are impossible to get yet. Everyone is micro managed
