In all honesty, a very poor place to work - Financial Analyst III ServiceMaster Brands Employee Review

Pros

- Benefits are fair - Management is flexible with taking time off when needed - If you want a 40 hour a week job that doesn't need brainpower and you want to be stuck in a role for the next 30 years, this is an acceptable place to go

Cons

- Complete lack of training. No onboarding whatsoever from HR or from your department - Outsourced IT has been a terrible decision. You can not access data in a timely fashion - Religion in the work place needs to be toned down significantly - Working in the Memphis office, you have no idea what happens in the field and there is a huge disconnect between the field and corporate - No clearly defined career paths - Good old boy culture sets defined networks even before you arrive at the company

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
