Pros

Smart people working hard to make a good product that genuinely helps small businesses. Other employees really care about your learning/growth. A remote environment is also a plus. Would especially recommend ServiceMonster for people looking to get a strong foothold in their role because there are so many opportunities for hands-on experience.

Cons

Takes a few months to get situated in the role and find a groove in the company. After that, it's smooth sailing!

Pros

Small, responsive company. Permanently remote. Pay is very competitive & healthcare benefits that cover 100% after your deductible. It's a good CRM product with a client base that tends to enjoy it.

Cons

As it's a small company, upward mobility is a bit scarce as the turnover rate is low due to contentment.

Cons

Commission structure was not straightforward. If applying make sure that is ironed out.
