Pros

1. The company genuinely celebrates even the small wins, making you feel appreciated. 2. They are really understanding of personal circumstances and are willing to help out financially if needed. 3. The HR team is super friendly and always there when you need them. 4. The flexible schedules are fantastic—there's no micromanagement, which is a huge plus. 5. Overtime is only given with permission, so you have control over your work hours.

Cons

1. The salary is pretty average. They recently announced raises for some, but it's unclear if independent contractors are included. I hope they consider us for future increases. 2. It's not clear if independent contractors are eligible for bonuses, which can be a bit discouraging. 3. While you can choose to work overtime, it's usually unpaid unless it's approved.

Pros

A great place to work if you love remote work. Also you get to collaborate with colleauges in different countries and timezones. I like that they care for staff well being and send us gifts sometimes

Cons

Despite it being remote, it is not a great work life balance place. You get overworked and you get looked down on if you complain. I also must add that they do love to hire and fire people, they will be nice to you when you join (like every company does) but before you know it, you are fired. I have seen it so many times happen and this keeps people on their toes and makes them work in fear. First of all CPQ is hard, its not a commonly used software so its normal for people to get very confused while doing their job right? But nobody will train you, you will have to survive not getting fired. Honestly, the job messes with my mental health but if you are strong enough, you will survive. My advice is, if you get the job, just find a side job on the side because they can fire you at anytime even if you are hardworking and doing your job.
