Pros

A great place to work if you love remote work. Also you get to collaborate with colleauges in different countries and timezones. I like that they care for staff well being and send us gifts sometimes

Cons

Despite it being remote, it is not a great work life balance place. You get overworked and you get looked down on if you complain. I also must add that they do love to hire and fire people, they will be nice to you when you join (like every company does) but before you know it, you are fired. I have seen it so many times happen and this keeps people on their toes and makes them work in fear. First of all CPQ is hard, its not a commonly used software so its normal for people to get very confused while doing their job right? But nobody will train you, you will have to survive not getting fired. Honestly, the job messes with my mental health but if you are strong enough, you will survive. My advice is, if you get the job, just find a side job on the side because they can fire you at anytime even if you are hardworking and doing your job.

Pros

Since joining servicePath™ as a Marketing Content Manager in 2017, I've been part of a team that's redefining the CPQ industry, offering innovative solutions to complex business processes. What truly sets servicePath ™ apart for me, especially as a working mother, is its incredible support system and flexible work environment. Balancing professional responsibilities with family life has its challenges, but servicePath™'s understanding and flexible work-from-home policies have made it manageable and rewarding. The company culture here is built on empathy, collaboration, and support, which extends from our leadership to my teammates. This environment not only empowers us to deliver top-notch work but also acknowledges and accommodates the diverse needs of employees. It is a place where innovation thrives and personal growth is nurtured, making servicePath™ not just a workplace, but a community that supports each other's professional and personal journeys.

Cons

While servicePath™'s global presence is a testament to our reach and diversity, bringing together talented teams from Pakistan, Dubai, the UK, Canada, and the Philippines, it does present unique challenges, particularly in cross-departmental coordination. Time zone differences and cultural nuances require us to be more intentional in our communication and project management strategies to ensure seamless collaboration. This global setup enriches our work culture and brings a wide array of perspectives to our projects, but it also demands a high level of adaptability and proactive planning from each team member to synchronize our efforts effectively. servicePath™ is continuously improving our coordination mechanisms and communication tools to bridge these gaps, turning this challenge into an opportunity for innovation and enhanced global teamwork.
