      Pros

      Very close knit team with constant support throughout your shift not only from supervisors but also colleagues alike. Constant training and updating to better services not only for patients but employees as well.

      Cons

      The only downside I found were the spikes in call volume randomly throughout the day

      Pros

      Nice people. It is very competitive to get patients though. Once you have some good patient ratings under your belt, it gets better. Flexible scheduling is nice.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best.
