Pros
• Work environment is great and collaborative. • People are very knowledgeable and everyone is easily approachable across office. (But once in a while there will be hiccups in communicating due to work schedule) • Good opportunity to work on a variety of projects, good opportunity for people new to the industry to get experience and move up. • There is no shortage of work to be done in Setty. Employees are juggling multiple tasks and work day goes quickly, no two days are exactly alike.
Cons
• Standardization of design needs to be improved in supporting daily work flow needs. • Complex projects requires more attention from senior engineers and dedicated time to help in understanding. • Salary is not competitive compare to other MEP firms.
