      Pros

      What sets Setu apart from other companies is the people who work here. Everyone in the company exhibits a strong sense of ownership and holds themselves to the highest standards. Setu prioritises the professional development of its employees and takes numerous steps to set them up for success.

      Cons

      Work does get quite hectic at times but a good work environment and a sound leave policy help you get through.

      No pros exist anymore at Setu

      Cons

      The leadership jumps and avoids the real questions. Strongly feel that even they do not know what business / market they are trying to be a part of, solely depended on Pine Labs to function as an organisation. They have been treating employees poorly - with lots of additional work and no increments to speak off.
