Great Place to Work! - VP Seubert Employee Review

Great organization! As someone who never leaves reviews for companies. This one is different. Seubert is a well run company that cares about their clients, employees and culture. They create great atmosphere for their employees to thrive in. It was a tough decision leaving. I recommend Seubert to anyone asking.

None that I can think of

Medical benefits and other compensation. Some of the people are extremely talented and good at what they do.

Toxic. President, CFO, HR extremely inappropriate and as others mentioned, stuck in the past. They also overload people with work when people leave and expect them to just do it with no additional compensation. They bully them into picking up the slack. Those that are loyal and work really hard get dumped on.
