      Firm leadership listens to their employees. Big enough to be in an AmLaw 100 but operates more like a startup that it is willing to explore opportunities.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little more competitive but work-life balance is also positive here so it balances out.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
