sfeir people are good and the company is "globally" working to keep some standards especially about respect and inclusivity. But as there's a business reality, it also has to make trivial decisions which I can understand. My main issue was that, since couple of years, some people started to satellite around top management and suddenly found them selfs in management position instead of people who are in the company since long period. I think top management people should open wide their eyes , competence is already in the company, they just have to trust people.
There's also a real lack of recognition to people in the company (it is pretty selective and I even would even say it depends on the relation between some people from management ...)
