      It was a great place to work

      Cons

      Yearly raises are not given they have to be asked for. Micro management to the millionth degree. They didn’t trust office workers to wfh during Covid which they easily could have. Management has no idea what they are doing

      Pros

      Pay is usually by the mile starting at 50¢ for regional and 40¢ for loads further than 400 miles from base. Get an assigned sleeper truck.

      Cons

      Will make promises from time to time that they “forget” about. Will have you on the road over night with no notice at times. Work 5 days a week but will have you work over that if they need you without notice and sometimes not by your choice
