      very high learning curve, gain experience quickly due to different projects and different fields .

      Cons

      very high stress , very high work load many activities and many responsibilities with min. resources without assistance, lack of motivation,no system

      Pros

      Pay is usually by the mile starting at 50¢ for regional and 40¢ for loads further than 400 miles from base. Get an assigned sleeper truck.

      Cons

      Will make promises from time to time that they “forget” about. Will have you on the road over night with no notice at times. Work 5 days a week but will have you work over that if they need you without notice and sometimes not by your choice
