Good work life balance, nice working environment.

Everything is really nice here.

One of the rare developers in Vancouver that tries to think outside the box.

Shape has a bit of an entrepreneurial culture - ie., if you don't try to find your own way no one is going to help you do it. This makes it a little chaotic. Personally I like this type of environment but I can see how this might be difficult for an entry-level person that might need more structure.
