It’s important to us that all our team members know that we do take feedback very seriously. Just yesterday, our Operations leadership team held a town hall to provide clarity and conduct a Q & A session; we do hope you used that opportunity to voice any concerns you have.
In addition to yesterday’s meeting, we’ve made great strides in how we support and communicate with the greater Operations team. The actions we’re taking – from additional training for all staff in several areas, increased leader involvement in meetings and huddles, and revitalization of colleague committees, to name a few – are all direct results of the feedback we’ve received from our team members. Through focus groups, manager feedback sessions, and exit interviews, we’ve worked hard to get to the heart of our employees’ concerns. All change – even positive ones – take time. We’re confident you and your colleagues will feel the benefits of these changes in the near future.
