Pros
Employees at all levels cares how interns are doing, consistently willing to listen to feedback, actively wants to help interns grow and develop skills, and treats you like a full member of the team from day 1.
Learning is fast paced; while not entirely structured you will learn a lot relating to your field very quickly, and depending on the mentor you get they are always willing to help explain a topic you're having trouble with.
Very friendly environment that's challenging enough to start a career in.
Cons
Small company downsides:
disorganized in some aspects, critically in certain areas.
slightly less pay.
even as an intern, constantly had an urgent task to do (mentors and management never pressures a deadline for interns, but its a team effort so...)
company specific downsides:
focuses very tightly on RF engineering; if you're software or hardware, may find yourself working in a very small team handling large projects, or without a direct senior mentor available at times. Point of struggle when trying to learn/implement proper solutions.
