Pros
There are no good reasons to work at Sharetrackin.
Cons
This was easily one of the worst experiences of my life. You’re stuck in a tiny, suffocating office all day, glued to a phone, helping people who’ve been completely ripped off. They’ve lost thousands—sometimes tens of thousands—of rands, all because of empty promises about easy riches and rapid financial growth. It’s soul-crushing, hearing clients sob and scream as they realize their retirement funds have been stolen from under them.
The pay is a joke, but the real kicker is Sharetracking's corrupt "penalty" system. For every tiny mistake you make—whether it's dealing with their outdated, disastrous admin system or anything else—you get hit with a "penalty." That’s right: you have to pay out of your own pocket to cover mistakes. And if you don’t pay, you get a warning. How is this even legal? It’s a scam in every sense of the word.
I haven’t worked at Sharetracking for more than a year, but I couldn’t keep quiet any longer. I’m writing this in the hopes that at least one person sees it and steers clear of this disgusting, exploitative company. They prey on the vulnerable—especially the elderly and the uneducated—and they don’t care who they ruin in the process.
