      Pros

      Great work life balance. The people are all very friendly and welcoming. You are given the time to grow and develop with the support of experienced people around you. Nice offices with parking so I dont have to get the train.

      Cons

      Can be tricky getting up to speed with all the jargon.

      Pros

      Massive team focus First class training, support and coaching (Internal and external) Exposure to great clients and long term relationships because of the brand/reputation Fun enviroment and culture

      Cons

      Recruitment is a tough industry at times and the first 12 months can be very up and down. Expectations and standards are high at Sharp, it was a shock post Uni but definitely worth stepping out my comfort zone
