Pros
They do have very flexible work hours. With California traffic most companies have a flexible schedule that helps with getting home in reasonable time.
Cons
I was recruited to work for Sharp Decisions from a third party and ultimately took the position as a senior recruiter because there was expected growth. After being employed for a short period I learned there was no process in place and the leadership was absent. The company uses its veterans employment program to attract clients but in reality if the vets are employed by sharp and waiting for a contract to open the leadership is very clear that they are a waste of money if they are not on a contract would get rid of them as quickly as they can. This company has no moral compass and is extremely cut throat.
