Pros
Good benefits that cost you less once you've been there 3 years. Friendly managers for the most part. Flexible scheduling. Very little thought required.
Cons
Top heavy union, very little room for advancement. Nearly nonexistent raises. The new minimum wage increase has new hires making what it took me several years to get to, and in another year they'll be making almost as much as I am and I'll still be right about the same as I am now. Management has ADD with their focuses, shrink, labor, customer service, product pushing, rinse, repeat. Very little thought required.
