Interesting work but dwindling company - Anonymous employee Shawcor Employee Review

I experienced plenty of opportunities for career growth.

I did not experience any cons.

ShawCor has one of the best benefits programs going. Their matched contributions in the 401k are great and the continuation of the healthcare program at the level it is at, despite other companies dropping this is a credit to the business.

Their salaries are not quite in line with the industry, and while they promote within to fill roles, the remuneration is not always up to the mark.
