4 day schedule, 3 days off. Flexible scheduling. No point system when you cant come in. Pay goes to $20 an hour.

Very disorganized at time. Routes are all over the place and you’ll be driving in circles or going to the same building twice.

The pay is somewhat ok.

All drivers are overworked, no time to even stop to use a bathroom, let alone a lunch. If you return packages, you are taken off the schedule as I was 4 weeks ago. I only returned packages one time due to road conditions and that was the last time I worked. All employees are treated like dirt. You literally have to run to get all packages delivered on time. Peeing in bottles is the truth. And it's not because there are no bathrooms around, it's because if you stop to use a bathroom, they will call you on the phone and ask you what's going on. 200 stops a day is too much. I worked very hard and was getting faster and then because of road conditions, several packages were undeliverable without getting stuck. So I was taken off schedule and never put back on. I'm a single mom and they took my income away because they DO NOT put employees safety first. You are encouraged to do many things that are not safe such as just leaving the seat belt hooked up but not actually wearing the seat belt. No breaks, no lunches, I could go on and on but I won't. High turnover
