6 days working takes a toll on you sometimes

Honestly, there are no pros

1) No fixed date of salary 2) Salary deduction on anything that you do without their interest 3) No actual clients in hand 4) Know nothing about business management, team management, employee benefits, employee retention, etc. 5) They only hire women/graduate girls, because as they say "brands are willing to talk to good looking females" 6) THEY WILL RUIN YOUr FUTURE. YOU WILL GAIN NO SKILLS AND NO MONEY 7) There is no work life balance. Its zero
