Horrible leadership, does not pay carries, in deep financial trouble, no raises, no bonuses. This place has become the laughing stock of the industry with how they treat their carriers and employees. Most likely will close within a year or two at the most

Interesting field, fast paced, lower level employees worked as a team.

Horrible work/life balance. Unrealistic expectations. Company changed hands and laid off several branches after swearing that “nothing would change” after they merged with another company.
