      Flexible work options but toxic environment and favoritism

      Pros

      Flexibility with WFH/On-site Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Toxic industry. Management blatantly favors employees. No real opportunities for growth. They will shuffle the same three employees around in new positions. The St. Louis and Atlanta offices are very quickly being replaced by Chicago. Benefits packages are nonexistent.

      Hybrid schedule and STL office has good managers

      Cons

      Horrible leadership, does not pay carries, in deep financial trouble, no raises, no bonuses. This place has become the laughing stock of the industry with how they treat their carriers and employees. Most likely will close within a year or two at the most
