Nothing positive I'm afraid- wish I could find something positive to say.

This place is a mess. Senior management is all over everything, and you basically can’t make any decisions without them. They’ll give you a little, but then take a lot back—classic “do as I say, not as I do” vibe. Pay and bonuses are always getting messed up, and if you’re hoping for a salary bump, don’t hold your breath. Some people haven’t had one in 3-4 years. People don’t last here—most are out within the first six months. If you stick around longer, you’re probably just burned out from dealing with toxic management. So many managers here don’t have a clue what they’re doing, which just adds to the stress. The pay’s low, the benefits are basically nothing (no sick pay), and don’t even get me started on equality and diversity—they’re failing hard. Training is all over the place too. If you’re thinking of working here, I’d say look elsewhere. You’ll be way better off.
