- You can be fired any time with no reason.
To manage budget company is firing huge part of employees with very short notice. They are booking 1-1 meeting on which HR joins you and your manager and you are told that you are fired. BUT with good payout (not making situation better).
- They have 25EUR per person budget for team building, but they are happening 1th a year, or it just random bar gathering after work.
- Micro-management is a thing here.
- People are treated as a resource, not like individuals.
- Devs showing initiative will only be appreciated by “Thanks” and still got fired.
- QAs are treated like a regression machines. Non-stop regressions, no communication from business, just test a ticket and document every small thing.
- If you will not ask to set your yearly goals - don’t wait for promotion.
- Free lunch at office 2 times per week - lunch is so bad most of the times so it’s better to go out to eat somewhere.
- While telling that hybrid and remote work is okay during interview, you are getting pushed to come to office.
- Teams don’t know what other teams are doing.
- Your performance is measured by activity logs. Not by results.
Overall, very average place to work, with yearly firings. But you can get to know very good people and have new friends.
