Pros
-Flexible schedule. You get to pick your own schedule and I think this is the best part of the job because you can take as much time off as you want. -Everyone I've worked with has been pretty nice, the jobs are an enjoyable experience.
Cons
-Sometimes shifts will be cancelled last minute -There are not always that many shifts available
